Serenity Fishing Pond was started over 10 years ago by Samuel C. Leach. The Leach family works with local law enforcement officials and cub/boy scout groups, teaching the basics of fishing safety and the importance of a clean environment. Each child that attends has the opportunity to catch a fish, as well as receives a fishing kit provided by local companies and charitable contributions.
